This idea comes from author Jack Canfield, but I'm going to put my little spin on it for fun.
You are part of the Mission Impossible Team. You turn on the tape (oops, I mean read your text message). And this is what is says:
If you decide to accept this mission, you must spend one hour per day doing what you love, enjoy, or want to do. Your goal is to stay in a positive, joyful place for as long as humanly possible, but at least for one hour. Do you remember what you love? Writing, taking walks, playing piano, painting?
Okay, that is the extent of your instruction. Now if you are ready to take on this mission, delete this message and get cracking!

Great idea, I do something like this in that I work to make time for my wife and for my own interests every week. I will work harder now to do it every day.
Thanks!
