Plodding - Not Just for Clydesdales

Horses_in_snow120782 Plodding isn't sexy.  Plodding lacks a certain panache.  Yet give plodding its due.  Pair a powerful intention with plodding, and magical results can happen [Law of Attraction +  Plodding Action]

One of my favorite newsletter writers, Renaissance woman/author/baker/dancer/ Marcy Goldman, describes it like this:  "It’s also amazing to me how many things come as a result of steady plodding versus comets falling out of the sky. But even comets are doing steady plodding (albeit at the speed of light or whatever)."

During the month of November, my business partner and I made almost 50% of our real estate investing income in that one month than in the rest of 2007.  It happened because we plodded on.  Even during the months when we took consistent action and nothing happened.  During the arid times we thought about getting a day job.  And then everything came together . . . cha ching!  Maybe plodding isn't just for Clydesdales!

Deb, while we plod it gives us a new chance to reflect and see how we might do things differently. The trick is not to get stuck in a rut while plodding.

Ah yes, Robyn, there is a lot to be said for keeping our heads up while we plod ahead. Much easier to walk around the hole than fall in and get stuck for awhile!
