Very close to what Byron Katy talks about: following the simple directions. What you have added is being available to hear them. Thanks for the reminder. And why is it, I often wonder, that I (and most people I know) need constant reminders?

I'm with you Dick, in needing regular reminders! Old conditioning I guess. I have hope that the period between reminders lengthens as mindfulness becomes more of a habit.
